Service Delivery
We provide the internet and IT services described in your service order. Installation timelines depend on coverage and site readiness.
Billing & Payments
Services are billed monthly in advance. Late payments may result in service suspension after written notice.
Fair Use
Our packages are unlimited for normal household and business use. We reserve the right to contact customers whose usage materially impacts other users on shared infrastructure.
Support
24/7 technical support via phone, WhatsApp and email. Target response: 1 hour for critical incidents.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice. No long-term lock-ins.
Liability
Netvanta's liability is limited to the monthly fee paid. We are not liable for indirect damages resulting from service interruptions.
